Cancellation Policy

At St. Joseph Boat Rentals LLC, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation policy as fair and transparent as possible. Because hourly rentals and multi-day drop-off rentals are scheduled differently, each has its own terms.

Hourly Rentals

  • Full refund. Cancellations made 14 days or more before your scheduled rental date will receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.
  • Partial refund. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date, a $300 cancellation fee will be deducted from your original payment.
  • Rescheduling. You may reschedule your rental for up to 1 year from your original date, subject to availability.

Drop-Off Rentals

  • Full refund. Cancellations made 45 days or more before your scheduled rental date will receive a 100% refund, minus processing fees.
  • Partial refund. For cancellations made fewer than 45 days before the rental date, a refund will be issued minus a $500.00 fee, along with processing fees.
  • Rescheduling. You may reschedule your rental for up to 1 year from your original date, subject to availability.

Making changes

We encourage you to review your plans carefully and contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes. This policy helps us offer availability to other guests and maintain the highest level of service.
