What's the minimum rental?
Two hours.How early should I arrive?
15 minutes before your window starts. We walk you through the boat on the water before your time begins.What pickup windows do you offer?
9 AM to 1 PM, or 1 PM to 5 PM. Pick at booking.Where can I take the boat?
The St. Joseph River and Lake Michigan within sight of the harbor. We cover the boundaries in the dockside walk-through.Do you provide gas?
Yes, every rental starts with a full tank of fuel at launch.Do I need experience?
No. The 15-minute walk-through covers what you need. Or add a captain at checkout for $55/hr and we drive.Can I bring guests?
Up to the boat's capacity. Each boat lists capacity on the rentals page , pick the boat that fits your party.What about weather?
Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. If the weather is not favorable and you choose to cancel, you will have one year to rebook your rental.Are tubes, wakeboards, or skis included?
No. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to have tubes or anything towed behind our boats. We do offer Lily Pad rentals that can be added on at checkout.Do you have life jackets for kids?
Yes, we have lifejackets available in all sizes, from infants up to adults.Can I add a captain at the dock?
Yes if the schedule allows. Book ahead to guarantee, captains are sometimes booked solid on weekends.What if I damage the boat?
The card on file holds a damage authorization. See /faqs for how the deposit works.
