Leach Lake is a small inland lake in northern Cass County, in the area between Dowagiac and the Sister Lakes cluster. It's a quiet, mostly residential lake with limited public access — most of the shoreline is private cottages and year-round homes.
Largemouth bass, bluegill, and crappie are the common catches, with northern pike showing up in the deeper sections. The lake is small enough that a kayak or paddleboard makes sense for fishing the shoreline, and a pontoon handles the open water without trouble.
For day rentals, Leach is a calm-water lake — a good fit for a slow afternoon on the water rather than tubing or skiing. We deliver pontoons to private docks on Leach. If you're staying in the area, Indian Lake and the Sister Lakes are a short drive away and we deliver to those too.
