About Little Crooked Lake
Little Crooked Lake is one of the Sister Lakes — the cluster of connected inland lakes east of Dowagiac. It's the quieter sibling of Big Crooked, connected by a short channel that's easy to navigate by pontoon.
Smaller and shallower than Big Crooked, Little Crooked fits a calmer day. Bluegill, crappie, and largemouth bass are the common catches, and the weed beds in the shallow ends are good for kids learning to cast. The lake doesn't have the open water for serious water skiing, but a pontoon cruise or a tubing run still works.
We deliver pontoons to private docks on Little Crooked. If you're staying in Sister Lakes for a few days, the channel over to Big Crooked makes an easy lake-hop, and Round, Dewey, Magician, and Cable are all a short drive — we deliver to every lake in the chain.
